The Old Forge bedroom, with en suite bathroom - was in days gone by the village forge - shoeing the carthorses and repairing the village iron work. The original fireplace is still in situ although not in use
The bedroom sits quietly and happily across the road and babbling stream from Tony and Judy's farmhouse. You are completely independent and can come and go as you please. The bedroom is situated in a wooded garden which is shared with a self catering cottage (sleeps only 2). There is a small paved area with a table and chairs for your sole use and a large grassy area giving you a good area for letting the dog out or just for an evening stroll.
Breakfast is served in the farmhouse. The marmalade is homemade - sausages local and the bread from the local village bakery. Fresh fruit and yoghurt is always available. A feast is guaranteed!
